PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 12 October 2026.

1. PRIVACY

Lucky Boom takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains which information we collect when you use our services, why we collect it and what we do with it.

This Privacy Policy is an agreement between you and Lucky Boom (referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). It forms an integral part of the Lucky Boom Terms and Conditions.

The website Lucky Boom (the "Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and will announce changes by posting the updated text on our platforms. Please come back to this page regularly.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information that can identify a person, including first and last name, date of birth, home or other physical address, email address, telephone number and other relevant details, is treated as Personal Information ("Personal Information"). You may be asked for it when you use our website, register an account or use our services. The Personal Information we collect can include contact details (telephone number included), shipping and billing details, transaction history, preferences for using the website and feedback about the Services. We keep it on servers located in Costa Rica and, from time to time, elsewhere. When you use the services, our servers keep an activity log that is specific to you and records administrative and traffic data such as your source IP address, the time and date of access, the pages visited, the language used, software crash reports and the type of browser. This data is essential for providing our services and keeping them at a good standard. We never collect Personal Information about you without your knowledge.

3. HOW WE COLLECT AND PROCESS DATA

Some data is collected automatically, as described above. We also receive Personal Information that you give us through the services, or in other communication and interaction on Lucky Boom. We may receive Personal Information from online vendors and service providers, and from customer lists lawfully obtained from third-party vendors. We may also use third-party service providers for technical support, processing your online transactions and maintaining your account. They will have access to the information you give them, and we use that Personal Information as set out below. Outside the company, the information is disclosed to third parties only in line with this Privacy Policy. We make sure our arrangements with service providers and online vendors protect your privacy.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use your Personal Information to deliver our Services, give customer support, carry out necessary security and identity checks, process your online transactions, help you take part in third-party promotions, meet business requirements and for any other purpose connected to running the Services. For these purposes we may share it with carefully selected partners, including other parties with which those partners have data-sharing arrangements.

We may also use your Personal Information to send you (1) promotional offers and information about our own products and services and (2) offers and information about our partners' products and services, so that we can widen what we offer and improve customer service. Now and then we may ask for information through surveys or contests. Taking part is voluntary and you decide whether to share the information, which may include contact details (name, postal address, telephone number) and demographic details (postcode or age). By accepting a contest prize or winnings from us, you agree that we may use your name for advertising and promotion without extra payment, unless the law forbids it. Unless you have chosen not to receive promotional material, we may use your Personal Information, including email address and phone number, to tell you about our products, services and promotions, including other gaming products (online poker, casino, betting, backgammon) and carefully selected third-party products and services.

5. SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

We may disclose your Personal Information if the law requires it, or if we believe in good faith that this is necessary to: (1) comply with legal process served on us, on any of our sites or on the services, or in circumstances where we are under a substantially similar legal obligation; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; or (3) protect the personal safety of users of the services or of the public. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have cheated or tried to defraud us, the company or any other user in any way, including game manipulation or payment fraud, or if we suspect fraudulent payment, including the use of stolen credit cards or any other fraudulent activity (including a chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or a prohibited transaction (including money laundering), we may share this information, together with your identity, with other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies and the appropriate agencies and authorities. (4) For research on preventing addiction, data can be made anonymous and passed to the relevant institutions.

6. YOUR ACCESS

You can opt out of promotional communications through the account settings on our sites or services, through a link in an email we send you, or at any time by emailing or writing to Customer Service.

You can also contact us if you: 1) want to check that the Personal Information we hold about you is accurate; 2) want to update it; or 3) have a complaint about how we use it. On request we will (1) update information you have given us, if you show that the change is needed, or (2) mark information so that it cannot be used for marketing in future. To be clear, nothing in this Privacy Policy prevents us from keeping your Personal Information where the law requires us to.

7. COOKIES

Information stored on your device

When you use our services we may store information on your device. This information is called cookies: small text files that are saved on your device when you visit online pages and that record your preferences. We also use Local Shared Objects, or "flash cookies", which work like browser cookies and let us remember things about your visits across our sites. Neither kind can be used to reach or use other information on your computer. We use them only to track your use of our services. Cookies help us monitor traffic to the site, improve our services and make them easier and more relevant to use. We use flash cookies and third-party cookies to help show you more relevant and desirable advertisements.

Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are essential for moving around a website and using its features, such as entering secure areas or making financial transactions. Without them we could not make our websites work efficiently.

During registration

These cookies hold information collected during your registration. They let us recognise you as a customer and give you the services you need. We may also use the data to understand your interests online and to improve your visits to our platforms.

On our website

For visitors to our website, we use cookies to collect information. Our servers use three types of cookie:

A "session" cookie: allocated to your computer only for the length of your visit. It helps you move around the website faster and, for registered customers, lets us show you information that is more relevant. It expires automatically when you close your browser.

A "persistent" cookie: stays on your computer for a period set for each cookie. Flash cookies are persistent too.

"Analytical" cookies: let us recognise and count visitors and see how they use our services. They help us improve how our sites work, for example by making sure you can easily find what you are looking for.

You can accept or decline cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can usually change the browser settings to decline them. The Help menu of most browsers explains how to stop it accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive one and how to disable cookies altogether.

Flash cookies

You can change your Flash Player settings to prevent flash cookies. The Settings Manager of Flash Player lets you manage your preferences. To block flash cookies from all third-party content, open the "Global Storage Settings" panel of the Settings Manager, clear the box "Allow third-party flash content to store information on your computer" and close the Settings Manager. You can also adjust settings for specific websites in the "Website Storage Settings" panel of the same manager.

If you use an old version of Flash Player or an old browser, the Settings Manager may not be available. We recommend updating Flash Player and your browser to the latest versions.

If you decline cookies, you may not be able to use all the interactive features of our sites.

8. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC SERVICE PROVIDERS

To play real-money games on our services you must send money to us and receive money from us. We may use third-party electronic payment systems to process these transactions. By accepting this Privacy Policy you expressly consent to the Personal Information needed to process transactions, including, where necessary, its transfer outside your country. We make sure our arrangements with payment systems protect your privacy.

9. CONSENT TO SECURITY REVIEW

We may carry out a security review at any time to validate the registration data you gave us and to check your use of the services and your financial transactions for possible breaches of our Terms and Conditions and of the law. By using our services, and so agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to use your Personal Information and to disclose it to third parties to validate the information you provide while using our services, including, where necessary, transferring it outside your country. Security reviews may include, among other things, ordering a credit report or checking the information you provide against third-party databases. To make these reviews possible, you agree to provide the information or documents we ask for. 10. SECURITY

We understand how important security is and which techniques are needed to protect information. All Personal Information we receive directly from you is kept in an encrypted, password-protected database in our secure network, behind active state-of-the-art firewall software. (Our Services support SSL Version 3 with 128-bit encryption.) We also take steps to make sure that our subsidiaries, agents, affiliates and suppliers use adequate security measures.

11. PROTECTION OF MINORS

Our Services are not meant for, or directed at, anyone under eighteen (18) (or the lawful age in their jurisdiction). Anyone who gives us information through any part of the services is telling us that they are eighteen (18), or the lawful age in their jurisdiction, or older. It is our policy to uncover attempts by minors to use our services, which may mean starting a security review. If we learn that a minor has tried to submit, or has submitted, personal information through our services, we will not accept it and will take steps to delete it from our records.

12. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Personal Information collected through the services may be stored and processed in any country where we or our affiliates, suppliers or agents have facilities. By using our services you expressly consent to any transfer of information outside your country, including to countries that may not be judged to have adequate privacy laws. We nevertheless take steps to make sure our agents, affiliates and suppliers follow our privacy standards wherever they are.

13. THIRD-PARTY PRACTICES

We cannot guarantee protection of information you give to a third-party website that links to or from the services, or of information collected by a third party that administers our affiliate programme (if any) or another programme, because those sites are owned and run independently of us. Information they collect is governed by their own privacy policy, if they have one.

14. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. Because our technology and business are complex and always changing, we cannot guarantee, and do not claim, that the privacy of your Personal Information will be handled without error, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to the use or release of that Personal Information.

15. CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

By using our services you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This is our complete and exclusive Privacy Policy and it replaces any earlier version. Read it together with our Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms posted on our platforms. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and will tell you by posting the amended text on our Platforms. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept it. Please revisit this Privacy Policy regularly.

In addition, under Article 77 of the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your data with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

16. OTHER WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to other websites that we do not control and that this Privacy Policy does not cover. If you use those links, the operators of the sites may collect information from you and use it under their own privacy policy, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible for it; the operators of those websites alone are responsible for how they work and for any errors on them.

17. OTHER TERMS

Versions of the Privacy Notice other than the English one are provided for information only. If versions differ or conflict, the English version prevails.

18. DATA RETENTION

As our Terms and Conditions state, both you and the Casino may have your Player Account closed at any time. After closure we keep your personal data on record for as long as the law requires. It will be used only if competent authorities need it for enquiries into financial and fiscal records, fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Please note that, under anti-money-laundering rules in licensed gaming jurisdictions in the European Union, we must keep the personal data that players give us at registration, and any data passed on while the Player Account is active, for at least five years from the last player transaction or the closure of the account. Requests for erasure before that period ends therefore cannot be accepted.
