This Bonus Policy sets out the terms that apply to every promotional offer at Lucky Boom (luckys-boom.nl), operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. By claiming any bonus, free spins, rakeback, cashback or other promotional reward at luckys-boom.nl, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below, as well as our general Terms and Conditions and our Payment Policy.

1. General Bonus Rules

1.1 Who can claim

• Bonuses are open to registered players who have given accurate account details and are not otherwise barred from promotions.

1.2 Activation

Unless stated otherwise, you must activate a bonus in your account profile before you make the qualifying deposit. If you deposit first, the offer does not trigger and cannot be applied afterwards. This applies to all five deposits of the Welcome Package and to any other deposit-linked promotion marked for pre-activation.

1.3 Bonus funds and real money

• When a bonus is credited, your account holds a real-money balance and a bonus balance. Real money is wagered first.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings from bonus funds that have met the wagering requirement can be withdrawn, within any stated cash-out cap.
• Rakeback and no-wagering cashback go straight to your real-money balance and carry no wagering unless stated otherwise.

1.4 Wagering

• The wagering requirement is the bonus amount (plus free-spin winnings where relevant) multiplied by the stated factor.
• Only real-money bets on eligible games count towards wagering, except where a bonus is given for a particular game category.
• Slot games (excluding live dealer slots where applicable) normally count 100%.
• Live casino games count 10% towards slot-bonus wagering: live play counts, but at a reduced rate.
• Lucky Boom may set different contribution rates for single games or categories within a promotion; when it does, the promotion's terms say so.
• Wagering on games with free-spin winnings follows the same contribution rules as ordinary slot wagering.

1.5 Maximum bet while wagering

• While a bonus is being wagered, maximum-bet limits apply. Exceeding them can mean losing the bonus and any winnings from it.
• 1st Deposit Welcome Bonus: maximum bet €1 per spin while wagering is active.
• 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Deposit Welcome Bonuses: maximum bet €5 per spin while wagering is active.
• Maximum-bet limits for other promotions are stated in their own terms.

1.6 Cash-out caps

• Unless stated otherwise, winnings from bonus funds are capped at a maximum cash-out of 10× the bonus amount received.
• Free-spin winnings are capped at €150 per individual bonus that awards free spins.
• The overall cap on winnings derived from all Welcome Package bonus funds is €10,000.
• Caps for individual ongoing promotions are in Section 4 below.
• Anything above these caps is removed from your balance when you withdraw.

1.7 Expiry

• Bonuses and free spins not used within the validity period of the promotion expire automatically and are removed without replacement.
• Sport bonuses expire 14 days after crediting unless stated otherwise.
• Expiry for other promotions is stated in their own terms.

1.8 Forfeiture

You can forfeit an active bonus at any time in your account settings. This removes the bonus balance and any winnings from it; your real-money balance is not affected. Lucky Boom may also void and remove a bonus and its winnings if it decides the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms, including multiple accounts, false information, abusive wagering patterns or any attempt to get around maximum-bet or game restrictions.

2. Welcome Package — Five-Deposit Bonus

• Comboboost is applied to the profit of qualifying accumulator bets, and the boost grows with the number of selections. Minimum odds and a minimum number of selections apply, as stated in the Comboboost terms.
• Comboboost winnings are subject to the sport bonus wagering terms where applicable.

5.5 Free bets

• When a free bet is awarded, the stake stays in your balance.
• The return is calculated as (free bet amount × odds) minus the stake. The stake itself is not returned as a winning.
• A minimum odds requirement of 1.6 applies to free bets.
• Free-bet winnings may carry wagering requirements, as stated in the individual free bet promotion.

6. Free Spins — General Conditions

• Free spins go to the specific BGaming title or titles named in each promotion and cannot be used on other games.
• Free-spin winnings are capped at €150 per individual bonus that awards free spins.
• Free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement of the promotion they belong to.

8. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

• Lucky Boom must verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals, including withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings.
• You may be asked for a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within three months and proof that you own the payment method used to deposit.
